Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Order Direct ("we", "us", "our"), a service based in London. By starting a plan with us, you agree to them. Questions? Email noel@orderdirectldn.com or call 07507 926563.
What you get
- A 24/7 phone line that answers your calls and takes orders and bookings.
- Your own ordering or booking page and website, hosted and kept running.
- A digital menu or price list with a QR code and online link.
- Management of your Google Business Profile (photos, hours, details).
- Order-confirmation and offer texts to your customers.
- Unlimited changes on request and ongoing support.
Price and payment
- One flat fee of £500 per month. No setup fee and no commission on your orders.
- Payment is taken monthly in advance by card via Stripe.
- The initial Google Business Profile tidy-up is offered free of charge with no obligation to continue.
Term and cancellation
The service runs on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum contract. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops any future payments. The current month already paid for is non-refundable unless we agree otherwise.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate menu, pricing, opening hours and contact details, and let us know when they change.
- Make sure the content you provide is lawful and something you're entitled to use.
- You remain responsible for fulfilling the orders and bookings we pass to you.
Availability
We work hard to keep everything running smoothly but can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We aren't responsible for outages caused by third parties we rely on (for example telephone networks, hosting, Google or Stripe).
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the month the issue arose, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Your data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
