This policy explains how Order Direct ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal information, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Order Direct is a service based in London. If you have any questions, contact us at noel@orderdirectldn.com or 07507 926563.
We rely on: contract (to deliver the service you've signed up for); legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run our business); and consent where we send you any optional marketing, which you can withdraw at any time.
We only share data with the suppliers that help us run the service — for example our payment provider (Stripe), our website host, our telephone-answering provider, and Google (to manage your Business Profile). These providers act on our instructions. We never sell your data.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to follow up. For customers, we keep your information for the length of your service and for as long afterwards as the law requires (for example, tax records).
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email noel@orderdirectldn.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
